Happy retirement, Michela! Welcome, Tanya!

#ThrowbackThursday to last week at Figs restaurant when we celebrated our Director of First Impressions Michela’s retirement! Michela served Certified Financial Group’s clients for over 22 years, delivering warm greetings and smiles on our phones and in our lobby. In retirement, Michela is looking forward to playing ukulele more and honing up my skill, as it is truly her happy place. In fact, her retirement gift from CFG was a Martin ukulele!

More from Michela:

I will always remember forming a greeting

relationship with many of the guests at CFG and will truly miss seeing them and our conversations about, well, just about anything.

I do have reflections on what I have learned and shared with them that I will not forget.

I was very fortune to have landed a position at CFG and couldn’t worked for a more sincere, caring group of people in a family environment.   Counting my Lucky Stars. Thank you.

Thank you for everything, Michela! You will be missed, but we are so excited for you to enjoy your well-deserved retirement.

Michela has passed the torch to our new Director of First Impressions, Tanya! We sat down with Tanya so you can get to know a little about the new smiling face you’ll find greeting you upon calling or visiting CFG.

What brought you to CFG? I really connected to the people right away and had that “comfortable, at home” feeling. I’m really excited for the opportunity to understand the workings of a new industry.

Do you have any hobbies? I love anything outdoors. Also love movies and helping others.

Tell us about your kid(s) and fur-kid(s)? I’m a proud Marine mom to my only son, Matthew, who served for eight years. I also have a Pet Alliance rescue pup named Ty.

Do you have a favorite quote? Put one foot in front of the other, and soon you’ll be walking out the door. – Kris Kringle

Certified Financial Group is thrilled to welcome Tanya, and we know she will take great care of our clients and guests!
