Wynn Smith, CFP®, AIF®, PPC®, ChFC®, CLU®
As an Investment Advisory Representative of Certified Advisory Corp and as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designee, I practice private wealth management for a fee. Along with a Professional Plan Consultant (PPC®) designation, I serve as a 338 fiduciary for custom 401(k) plans, and I am the main representative of the Certified 401(k) Plan™, a Pooled Employer Plan (PEP), and one of the first in Central Florida.
Alongside my Certified Financial Planner® certification, I have also been a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) since 2003. I practice risk management as a licensed life and health insurance agent of Certified Insurance Corp, holding the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation since 2005. On a select basis, I offer financial planning to non-wealth management clients for an hourly fee.
I am a lifelong learner and hold or have held fifteen professional designations covering employee benefits, health insurance, long-term care, aging issues, property and casualty insurance, and financial services compliance, administration, and management. My formal education includes an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from Piedmont University, née Piedmont College.
As a permaculturist, I incorporate the twelve principles of permaculture in both my professional and personal life, and when not working with clients, I enjoy my suburban homestead in Central Florida.
