Adam Jones, CFP®, AIF®
Adam Jones, CFP®, AIF®, began his career in the financial planning profession in 2013. Before officially joining Certified Financial Group, Adam worked alongside the CFG team for several years as an outside representative based in Gainesville, FL. Now part of the CFG family, Adam works alongside fellow CFP® professional Roger Johnson, CFP®, AIF®.
Adam holds both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designations. He is an Investment Advisory Representative of Certified Advisory Corp, a Registered Investment Advisor.
As a CFP® and AIF® professional, he takes on the fiduciary standard when providing personalized financial advice, meaning that the needs of the clients come first. Adam strives not only to help clients meet their goals but also to help bring peace of mind to their finances so that they can enjoy the life they worked hard to build.
Adam is an Investment Advisory Representative of Certified Advisory Corp, a Registered Investment Advisor, as well as a Registered Representative with Fortune Financial Services, Member FINRA SIPC. Originally from Ohio, Adam graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Economics in 2007. Before entering the financial planning profession, he held several roles, including manager at the local newspaper, apartment property manager, high school and college sports umpire, Vice President of the area officials association, and a member of the Board of Directors for Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys golfing as a hobby. He has worked in different capacities at the UF Golf course for more than a decade, becoming part of the UF golf family and sharpening his game on Gainesville’s premier golf course. Adam also enjoys visiting theme parks with his family. He has a wife and son, and their family also has a pet leopard gecko.
