Nancy Hecht, CFP®, AIF®
I’ve been helping clients make confident financial decisions since 1983 and joined Certified Financial Group in 1988. As a CFP® professional and Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, I provide comprehensive planning that brings together retirement, estate, and investment management so your strategy works as a whole.
You can often find me co-hosting the “On the Money!” podcast on Saturday mornings, on 107.3FM and 580AM WDBO. I also regularly contribute to the Orlando Business Journal, WKMG Channel 6 Problem Solvers, have written weekly for my own blog, The Hecht Effect, since 2001, and have appeared on CNBC and Fox 35 WOFL. Education and clarity are central to how I serve, whether I’m behind a microphone or across the table from a client.
I am an Investment Advisor Representative of Certified Advisory Corp, a Registered Investment Advisor, and a Registered Representative with Fortune Financial Services, Member FINRA SIPC. Fortune Financial Services, Inc. offers Securities and Certified Advisory Corp offers Financial Planning and Investment Management. Certified Advisory Corp, and Fortune Financial Services are separate entities and not affiliated.
My memberships include the Financial Planning Association of Central Florida, the TOP Foundation, and the Jewish Professional Women Association. Before moving into planning, I spent five years as the Customer Relations and Training Assistant Manager for the National Bank of Detroit. I studied accounting at Wayne State University and the Walsh Institute of Accountancy and Business.
My professional licenses and registrations include Series 6 and 22 with FINRA, along with Life and Health Insurance and Variable Annuities licenses with the State of Florida.
Off the air and away from client meetings, I keep things practical and low-key. I value time well spent, good conversations, and being with my family.
